Name verification: The first step of industrial and commercial registration is to get the name verification form from the industrial and commercial bureau, fill it out completely in a fixed format, and then bring the legal person ID card and the agent ID card to the local industrial and commercial bureau for name verification. Before name verification, business scope, registered capital and business address need to be selected.

Two. Tax Registration-A company (head office) needs the following information to apply for a tax registration certificate:

1. Both the original and the copy of the business license are acceptable.

2. The original and photocopy of the code certificate are acceptable.

3. House lease agreement (copy is enough); Legal persons and shareholders must provide the original real estate license for their own houses.

4. Legal person ID card (original and photocopy)

5. Person in charge of finance: ID card (photocopy) and accounting certificate (photocopy)

7. Articles of Association

Three. The basic account needs the following information: (all the legal persons and shareholders of the company that set up the basic account must be present)

1. Original ID cards of all shareholders.

2. Original business license

3. Company seal, financial seal and official seal

4. Power of attorney signed by legal person (the signature reserved by the bank is generally the legal person seal)
