The term of trademark use right in Myanmar is 3 years, and it is published in the Gazette every 3 years. If a trademark needs to be used after the third anniversary, an application for trademark renewal must be filed six months before the expiration date of the trademark use right. After the successful renewal of the trademark, the trademark can be used for another three years, and the right to use the trademark can be renewed.
