1. Principles

1. In order to maintain the healthy ecological order of the Momo platform and better protect the legitimate rights and interests of users and a good user experience, Beijing Momo Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Momo Technology") formulates the "Momo Platform Code of Conduct" in accordance with current laws and regulations and the "Momo User Agreement".

2. Momo users’ activities on the Momo platform must comply with current laws and regulations. Momo Technology will handle violations accordingly in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and user agreement rules.

3. If you have any doubts or disputes about the understanding and implementation of this specification, you can inform us and we will explain or handle it according to the relevant rules.

2. Usage specifications and corresponding penalties

(1) Spreading obscene and pornographic content. Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

1. Spreading obscene and pornographic content and publishing foreign restricted videos, adult videos, online disks, etc.;

2. Publishing content containing pornographic hints, Provocative content and external website links and QR codes;

3. Content containing pornographic interactions and extremely exposed online live performances;

4. Selling adult products, Sex toys, or the use of sex-related products and masturbation props in the video;

5. Nudity, masturbation, and playing with genitals;

(2) Fraudulent social behavior with the purpose of defrauding money. Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

1. Fraudulent phone bills or behaviors that generate abnormally high consumption (charging phone bills, drinking wine, rice, etc.);

At the same time, the relevant accounts may be handed over to judicial authorities.

(3) Advertising behavior oriented towards publicity and sales. Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

Specific forms include but are not limited to: financial (micro-business, credit card, loan, insurance), hospital (cosmetics, plastic surgery, adult products), product peddling (digital products, Taobao stores);

(5) Other harmful content. Including but not limited to the following behaviors:

1. Threatening, slandering, slandering, exposing other people’s privacy (including name, hometown, user ID, mobile phone number, contact information, etc.), using other people’s pictures and/or in text

For the above violations, the illegal content will be deleted. For repeated violations or serious cases, some functions of the account will be disabled or the account will be permanently banned.

In case of the above violations, the illegal content will be deleted, the account will be banned, and Momo can no longer be used. At the same time, the relevant account may be handed over to judicial authorities.

If you find illegal information in other people's accounts during use, you can submit a report through the reporting portal set up on the illegal user page or illegal content page. We will handle it in a timely manner after verification.
