How long can I get the acceptance notice when I submit a trademark application?
According to the relevant procedures of the Trademark Office, you will receive a notice of acceptance from the Trademark Office about three months after submitting a trademark application. About nine months later, a preliminary announcement will be issued through a substantive review meeting. If it fails to pass the substantive examination, a notice of rejection will be issued, and a rejection review can be put forward within 15 days from the date of receiving the notice of rejection. The announcement time of the preliminary examination is 3 months, which is called the objection period. Others can raise objections to your trademark. If there is no objection within the objection period, the registration certificate will be obtained within 40 days. If you have any objection, you should give a reply within 30 days from the date of receiving the Notice of Objection Reply.
