There are three ways to register a trademark: 1 Trademark Office directly; 2. Apply for a registered trademark on the website of Shangshewen Trademark Manager; 3. Go to an intellectual property agency.

The Trademark Office shall make a preliminary announcement within nine months from the date of submitting the trademark application documents. Within three months of the preliminary announcement, if there is no objection, it shall be registered.
