In 1979, Shi Junsheng graduated from high school and entered Pukou Porcelain Factory, the predecessor of Liling Huaxin Electric Porcelain Appliance Co., Ltd., a social enterprise, engaged in the production of civilian porcelain. In 1985, Civil Porcelain expanded its electric porcelain workshop and he began to contact marketing. In 1986, Pukou Porcelain Factory specially established Pukou Electric Porcelain Factory, and he was selected to be responsible for market development and marketing at the Electric Porcelain Factory.
