When applying for trademark registration, the following documents should be submitted:

(6) When applying for registration of another person’s portrait as a trademark pattern, an explanation should be given and a letter of authorization from the portrait owner should be attached. If a natural person applies for registration of his or her own portrait as a trademark image, he or she shall provide an explanation and does not need to attach a letter of authorization.
(7) If the various certificates, supporting documents and evidence materials submitted by the applicant are in foreign languages, Chinese translations shall be attached; if not attached, the certificates, supporting documents or evidence materials shall be deemed not to have been submitted.
(8) When domestic natural persons apply for trademark registration, in addition to submitting the "Trademark Registration Application", trademark drawings and other materials in accordance with relevant regulations, they should also pay attention to the "Notes on Natural Persons Applying for Trademark Registration" The relevant requirements are:
① Individual industrial and commercial households can apply for trademark registration in the name of the applicant with the name registered in their "Individual Industrial and Commercial Household Business License", or they can also apply for trademark registration in the name of the person in charge registered on the license Registration application. When applying in the name of the person in charge, copies of the following materials should be submitted: ID card of the person in charge; business license.
② An individual partnership may file a trademark registration application in the name of the applicant with the trade name registered in its "Business License" or the trade name registered in the registration documents of the relevant competent authority, or it may apply for trademark registration in the name of all partners. Submit an application for trademark registration. When applying jointly in the name of all partners, copies of the following materials should be submitted: ID cards of partners; business license; partnership agreement.
③ Rural contract operators can apply for trademark registration in the name of the person who signed the contract. When applying, they should submit copies of the following materials: ID card of the person signing the contract; contract contract.
④ Other natural persons who are legally permitted to engage in business activities may apply for trademark registration in the name of the operator listed in the registration document issued by the relevant administrative authority.
