Fulinmen soybean oil distinguishes between true and false.
Take a look. It depends on the following aspects. First, observe the transparency of the oil. Real soybean oil has high transparency and less moisture impurities. After standing for 24 hours, there is no precipitation and suspended matter, which is relatively transparent. It is more transparent to take it out after half an hour in the freezer. However, imitation soybean oil will appear white floc or precipitate. Then look at the color, generally speaking, the first-grade soybean oil is light yellow, and the third-grade soybean oil is orange, and the color is relatively pure.
Smell it. You can touch a little oil with your fingers and rub it on your palm after a little rubbing. Real soybean oil has a strong soybean flavor and no other odor. Imitation soybean oil has obvious smell.
Have a taste. Dip chopsticks in a little oil and put it on your tongue. Real soybean oil has only a strong bean flavor, while imitation soybean oil will have bitter, spicy, sour, hemp and other flavors. Use it. When soybean oil is used, the foam is less and disappears quickly, while inferior products will have a lot of foam, and the lampblack has a choking bitterness.
