1. Trademark infringement cases should be submitted to the People’s Procuratorate for review and approval within three days of detention. Under special circumstances, the time for application for review and approval can be extended from one to four days; 2. For major suspects who commit crimes on the run, commit multiple crimes, or commit crimes in groups, the time for application for review and approval can be extended to 30 days.
