Trademark registration process and required materials:

1. Application method: You can go to the Registration Hall of the Trademark Office (Beijing) in person, or you can entrust a trademark agency to handle it.

2. Application fee: You need to pay an official fee of 300 yuan to the Trademark Office. If you entrust an agency to handle the application, you also need to pay an agency fee of about 600--900 yuan to the agency.

3. Information required for application:

1. Trademark JPG image;

2. Scope of goods or services;

3 , Subject qualification certificate:

A. For company application: a copy of the company's business license is required;

B. For individual application: a copy of the individual industrial and commercial household's business license and personal ID card are required .

IV. Application procedures:

1. First search for trademarks. If there is no identical or similar previously registered trademark, you can submit an application;

2. About 3 months after the application is submitted, the Trademark Office will issue an acceptance notice (this stage is called formal examination);

3. After the formal examination is completed, it will enter the substantive examination stage, which will take approximately 6-9 months;

4. If the substantive review is passed, it will enter the announcement period (a period of 3 months, also called the objection period);

5. The announcement period expires , if there is no objection, the Trademark Office will issue a registration certificate.

The time for successful registration above is generally about 10-14 months.
