4. G8905 train stops from Guangzhou South Railway Station to Shenzhen: G8905 runs directly from Guangzhou South to Shenzhen North, with no stops in between.

Harmony image logo: The body of each high-speed train is sprayed with an obvious "CRH" logo. The trademark right of "CRH" is owned by China Registered and enjoyed by Railway Research Institute Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Railway Research Institute).

However, a British company requested the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to revoke the trademark on the grounds that the Railway Academy failed to use the trademark in accordance with the law. After review, the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board decided to revoke the trademark's use in advertising, market research, etc. Regarding trademark rights, the China Academy of Railway Sciences refused to accept the lawsuit and brought the case to the Beijing Intellectual Property Court.

The Beijing Court Trial Information Network announced the judgment in this case. The court believed that the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board had insufficient basis for revoking the trademark, so the first-instance judgment revoked the original decision and asked the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board to make a new decision.
