Taobao gives sellers 30 days to deal with goods suspected of false transactions. If the seller makes false transactions on a commodity for many times, the time for reducing the search right will be calculated in a rolling way.

If the buyer assists the seller in making false transactions, Taobao will take measures such as closing orders, adding new orders regardless of sales volume and/or closing the evaluation portal, deleting credit points generated by illegal transactions, clearing credit points, warning, authentication, restricting the creation of stores, sending internal messages, restricting the release of goods, restricting the login of websites, restricting the login of Want Want, restricting the behavior of buyers, restricting the initiation of complaints, and extending the transaction timeout.

False transaction refers to the behavior of users to obtain false commodity sales, store scores, credit points, commodity comments or transaction amounts by fabricating or concealing transaction facts, evading or maliciously using credit record rules, and interfering with or obstructing the order of credit records.

If the seller conducts false transactions, Taobao will correct the seller's violations, including deleting the improper benefits such as product sales, store scores, credit points or product reviews generated by false transactions; If the circumstances are serious, Taobao will also remove all the goods from the seller's shop.
