1. Where a trademark registrant changes the registered trademark, the registrant's name, address or other registered items by himself in the process of using the registered trademark, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall order it to make corrections within a time limit; If it fails to make corrections within the time limit, its registered trademark shall be revoked by the Trademark Office.

2. "Goods that are required by laws and administrative regulations to use registered trademarks must apply for trademark registration, and those that have not been approved for registration shall not be sold in the market". In violation of the above provisions, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall order it to apply for registration within a time limit. If the illegal business amount is more than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 20% of the illegal business amount may be imposed. If there is no illegal business amount or the illegal business amount is less than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 1 10,000 yuan may be imposed.

3. Where an unregistered trademark is used as a registered trademark, or it cannot be used as a trademark, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall stop it, make corrections within a time limit, and may notify it. If the illegal business amount is more than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 20% of the illegal business amount may be imposed; if there is no illegal business amount or the illegal business amount is less than 50,000 yuan, a fine of less than 1 10,000 yuan may be imposed.

4. Where producers and business operators use the words "well-known trademarks" on commodities, commodity packages or containers, or in commercial activities such as advertisements and exhibitions, the local administrative department for industry and commerce shall order them to make corrections and impose a fine of100000 yuan.
