China National Intellectual Property Administration informed that if the parties delay the time limit stipulated in the Trademark Law and its implementing regulations or the time limit stipulated by China National Intellectual Property Administration due to epidemic situation and other reasons, and the related trademark affairs cannot be handled normally, the relevant time limit shall be suspended from the date when the obstacles to the exercise of rights arise, and the calculation shall continue until the obstacles to the exercise of rights are eliminated, unless otherwise stipulated by law;

Where the trademark right is lost due to the obstacle to the exercise of rights, a written application can be submitted within 2 months from the date when the obstacle to the exercise of rights is eliminated, and the corresponding certification materials can be issued to request the restoration of rights.
