Although I grew up in Shuangyang and studied all the way to junior high school before leaving, I actually have no idea about the Convention Village. However, my younger brother was born in the conference village. At that time, my mother was teaching in the village, and it was too late to go back to her hometown when she was in labor. At that time, the newborn fell to the ground in the primary school of the conference. When I go back, I actually have a root-seeking mind hidden in my heart. In the end, I didn't see the primary school where my mother worked and lived in those years, but I got to know Mr. You Huaping, the inheritor of Zhangping Shuixian Tea, and met two young people, Lin and Huang, who returned home to start a business, and saw a mother forest of Shuixian Tea. Under the guidance of the old tea man, I went back and sorted out the inheritance process of Zhangping Shuixian Tea.
Although I lived in Zhangping, a tea town before, I always knew that Nanyang Town was a rising star, although it had a huge tea industry. Earlier, it was actually the double-ocean Nakamura, that is, "MC Davi Nakamura" among the large population we heard when we were young. I think that Nakamura is in the deeper mountains of Nanyang Township, and the development of tea is the result of the tea economy going out of the mountains, and Nakamura is the root. In addition, when Jiupeng was playing outdoors in the early days, our donkey friends climbed the mountain and went to Shi Niu headland, where there was an old narcissus tea tree on the top of the mountain, saying that it was the tea grandmother, and Shi Niu headland was a mountain peak between Nanyang and Nakamura.
I didn't know until the conference this time that the original Shuixian tea was rooted in Zhangping, although it was in Shuangyang Town (old Ningyang County), but it was actually in the conference village (the conference is eight kilometers away from Zhongcun Mountain Road, and the tea making in Zhongcun can only be regarded as the second generation). At the beginning of the last century, Liu Yongfa, a general assembly member, learned the practice of Wuyi Rock Tea in Shuiji, Jian 'ou, and brought back daffodil seedlings, which were cultivated in Niulinkeng, his hometown assembly village, and this was the Zhangping Narcissus Tea. Liu Yongfa's real contribution is that he learned the advantages of rock tea and southern Fujian oolong tea according to the tastes of the surrounding areas, explored a set of semi-fermented tea-making technology, and pioneered the type of pressed tea cakes, thus making Zhangping Narcissus tea rise suddenly, and with its fragrance and mellow taste, it has been Mika for a long time, conquering the picky tastes of local people and seizing it in neighboring provinces and cities and even Southeast Asia.
Since Liu Yongfa, Zhangping Shuixian Tea has passed through four generations. Nowadays, among the green mountains and green waters on both sides of Jiupengxi, tea production has become the most important economic industry for local people. After more than 1 years of trials and tribulations, the descendants of Liu Yongfa, who planted and made tea, once again examined the tradition, constantly innovated the production technology of Shuixian tea, and strived to return to the most representative tea quality of Zhangping Shuixian tea, so that the old branches could sprout again, consolidating and developing the brand position.
You Huaping and You Huadong, the fourth-generation descendants of Shuixian Tea, whom I met in Dahuicun, are such conscientious people and doers. In fact, there are only about 6 families in the village. Throughout the ages, tea trees have been planted in front of and outside the house. However, with the changes of the times, building new houses, building roads and other reasons, ancient tea trees have been artificially damaged one by one. After seeing this phenomenon, the You brothers were very distressed, so under the consultation of the brothers, they started the rescue work of the surviving old trees. Since 2, they have spent all their money year after year, gradually purchasing one old tea tree after another scattered in the village, and then under the guidance of experts, transplanted it uniformly on the mountain (24 meters above sea level) of an original ancient tea forest behind the village, and built the "Mother Garden of Shuixian Tea Tree" with unified management, unified protection and comprehensive utilization. When we visited the mother's garden, we happened to meet tea farmers who set up a herringbone ladder to pick on the old tea trees nearly three meters high. After more than ten years of hard work, today's old trees have issued new branches, and the fresh leaves on the high branches can be fully used for making tea. At the top of the mountain, we also saw an old tea king with a tree age of 12 years, which coincided with the time when Liu Yongfa came back from Shuiji to plant seedlings. The teacher in the same trade said that maybe this tree was planted by Liu Yongfa's elder generation. In today's mother's garden, the old trees are in rows and pieces, all of which are old firs for decades and hundreds of years. Their thick stems are covered with moss, which helps the top-grade old fir narcissus to taste the old fir and smell the herbs.
The number of ancient tea trees planted in You's "Shuixian Tea Ancient Tree Mother Garden" has now reached an astonishing 2,1. Their brothers are amazing.
A new generation of tea makers are also growing sturdily in the village. For example, Lin Guanquan and Huang Tingfang, two post-8s workers who work in other places, are representatives who returned home to develop eco-agriculture after seeing the valuable tradition and huge market potential of Zhangping Narcissus. In 22, they established Pinyi Eco-agriculture Company, rented 16 mu of Narcissus Tea Garden developed and planted in the village since 198s (another 1 mu will be planted this year), built a 72-square-meter standardized factory building, purchased the most advanced tea-making equipment, and, under the guidance of the Agriculture Bureau, the Enterprise Association and other departments, made great efforts to develop and process rich, sweet and fragrant Narcissus tea products. Pinyi Company has just started a business for a few years, and just like their predecessors, they have made a market in this province, Guangdong, Shanghai and even the international market. Their entrepreneurial spirit is admirable, and what makes me even more impressed is that they can inherit and stick to the fine traditions like the You brothers. When I was in a modern factory, I watched the tea cake slowly baked in a bamboo niche cage with the same appearance for a hundred years, put it on an iron pot filled with charcoal fire, and finally became a finished product of narcissus tea cake with stable tea quality, unique style and lasting for a long time. I couldn't help but feel drunk under its mellow and quiet breath.
congress, glad you came. As Wen You Lao Kong said: The Great Meeting Tea Mountain has a history of half of Narcissus Tea, which is really worth your visit.
