Materials required for registered trademark application:

1 A copy of the business license

2 Trademark drawing

3 Official seal of the company (stamped on a blank A4 paper and faxed to our office)

4 Applicant’s detailed mailing address and postal code , contact person and contact number.

Application procedure:

1. Query: Query the Chinese and English contained in the trademark to be registered. According to the applicant's request, check with the China Trademark Administration to see if there are any identical or similar trademarks that have been registered before.

2. Make a trademark pattern.

3. Submit a registration application.

Time required:

1. Time for trademark registration acceptance letter: It takes about 30 days for the trademark registration acceptance letter to be issued by the China Trademark Administration, and it can be used as "TM" .

2. Three months after the announcement, the official "Trademark Registration Certificate" will be issued.

3. Time to obtain registration certificate: The total time is about eighteen months.
