What are the procedures for food OEM?
OEM production must first have a trademark, and then find a qualified enterprise and sign a contract to entrust production. Products with QS should be filed with the Technical Supervision Bureau.

Independent production needs to be handled: business license, organization code certificate, production license, hygiene license, product inspection report, trademark registration certificate, etc. If it is commissioned processing production, as long as it is a legally registered enterprise, it can sign an entrusted processing agreement with the processing factory, handle the entrusted processing filing procedures, product inspection procedures, product filing and so on.
