1. The responsibility for the collision between the battery car and the car is determined as follows:

(1) If a road traffic accident is caused by one party's fault, it shall take full responsibility;

(2) If a road traffic accident occurs due to the fault of two or more parties, they shall bear primary responsibility, equal responsibility and secondary responsibility respectively according to the role their actions played in the accident and the severity of the fault;

(3) The parties involved are not at fault for causing road traffic accidents, and they are not responsible for traffic accidents.

2. Legal basis: Article 91 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China.

The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall determine the responsibility of the parties according to the role played by their actions in traffic accidents and the severity of their faults.

Article 92

If a party escapes after a traffic accident, the escaping party shall bear all the responsibilities. However, if there is evidence that the other party is also at fault, the responsibility may be reduced.

If a party intentionally destroys or forges the scene or destroys evidence, it shall bear full responsibility.

2. What are the procedures for handling traffic accidents?

1, field investigation. After receiving the instructions, the police on duty must quickly arrive at the scene within the time promised by the system and quickly dispose of the scene;

2. Responsibility identification. After finding out the basic facts of the accident and collecting sufficient evidence, the responsibility shall be determined according to law in strict accordance with the prescribed time;

Step 3 punish. Fill in the punishment award according to the punishment decision made by the leaders, and announce the punishment award to the responsible person;

4. Compensation mediation. After confirming the end of the treatment of the injured or determining the damage result, all parties or agents must be organized to conduct compensation mediation within the specified time. Mediation at most twice.
