a collective trademark refers to a sign registered in the name of a group, association or other organization for members of the organization to use in commercial activities, so as to show the membership of users in the organization. When directly handling the application for collective trademark registration, in addition to submitting the printed Application for Trademark Registration in accordance with the regulations, and affixing the applicant's official seal, trademark pattern, a copy of identity documents (confirmed by the applicant's seal) and a copy of the agent's ID card, it shall also submit the management rules for the use of collective trademarks, a list of collective members, etc.
