On February 13, 2006, upon nomination by the Autonomous Region Radio, Film and Television Bureau, the company's chairman meeting elected Comrade You Xiaocheng as the chairman of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Information Network Co., Ltd. The general manager position is held by Comrade Fu Haibo, the former general manager of Hulunbuir Branch.

From July 21st to 23rd, 2006, the company held the 2006 mid-year manager meeting in Hohhot.
