Yang Zongren said that the customs will strengthen port law enforcement, maintain a high-pressure posture to crack down on infringement, enhance the deterrence of law enforcement, and encourage enterprises to "dare not infringe"; it will actively cultivate enterprises with advantages in exporting intellectual property rights and transform enterprises. The upgrade points out a broad road to let companies understand "no infringement"; strengthen risk analysis of imported and exported goods and supervision of company production and operations during and after the event, carry out integrity management of companies, and work with relevant departments to implement joint punishments for illegal and dishonest companies. Build a social and political structure for intellectual property protection to ensure that companies "cannot infringe". At present, China Customs has signed law enforcement cooperation agreements with more than 130 countries and regions, and will strengthen customs protection of intellectual property rights through cooperation channels between international customs.
