Provide a copy of the change certificate and the applicant's identity certificate to the trademark agency. If an agent is entrusted, a power of attorney shall be submitted. If it is handled directly in the acceptance hall, a copy of the ID card of the agent shall be submitted. To apply for changing the name of the registrant, a certificate of change issued by the registration authority shall also be submitted. Article 41 of the Trademark Law stipulates that if a registered trademark needs to change the name, address or other registered items of the registrant, an application for change shall be filed.
