Factors affecting unsmooth ash cleaning and their solutions

1, air source coefficient

(1) Insufficient pneumatic ash removal capacity. The main performance is the lack of transportation capacity. If the pressure of conveying gas source is low, the air intake will be reduced and the pipeline will be blocked, which is not obvious in our factory. The # 1 electrostatic precipitator in our factory was once forced to stop conveying ash because the ash inlet was too large, which led to the accumulation of ash in the ash hopper for too long, which led to the accumulation of ash in the electric field and the overcurrent of the rapping motor.

(2) The compressed air dryer is not normal. If the air drying and oil filtering equipment can't work normally, the compressed air will contain some liquid water and oil, which will make the materials stick and block the pipeline. In view of this situation, the operator should strengthen the inspection of the working condition of the air compressor dryer, and empty the compressed air storage tank every 1-2 hours (under the condition that the solenoid valve for emptying the air storage tank cannot work normally).

2. Factors affecting the physical properties of coal ash

(1) At the initial stage of boiler ignition, due to incomplete combustion, the fly ash has high carbon content and large particles. At the same time, at the initial stage, due to boiler oil injection, the fly ash has high viscosity, low ash temperature and poor fluidity, so the conveying speed is required to be high. In order to avoid pipe blockage in the conveying system, the feeding time should be shortened appropriately, the conveying capacity should be increased, and the conveying stability should be ensured.

(2) The coal quality in the furnace changes greatly, with more ash and coarsening. In order to avoid pipeline blockage in the conveying system, the total conveying capacity should be increased at this time to improve the system output.

3. Original failure of pneumatic ash removal system

(1) The original parts of pneumatic ash removal, such as blanking valve and balance valve, are seriously worn, with short service life, which is prone to failure and affects ash conveying. It is necessary to strengthen the inspection and maintenance of ash removal equipment, and handle any abnormality in time.

(2) When the original pneumatic ash removal fails, the ash cannot be transported automatically. At this point, the corresponding electric field should be out of operation, and the ash should be transported manually on a regular basis. If the electric field is not removed in time, the ash can't be transported automatically, the material level of the ash hopper is too high, and the rapping motor has overcurrent.

(3) After the electrostatic precipitator-electric field is shut down, the ash collected by the electric field ash hopper is mainly settled by its own gravity, with coarse particle size and high density. Therefore, after the electric field is turned off, the pneumatic conveying cannot be stopped, and the waiting time for ash conveying can be adjusted and appropriately extended. The ash conveying of the corresponding two electric fields should be strengthened, and the conveying and waiting time should be adjusted and reset. In most cases, the high electric field material level and over-current alarm of rapping motor in our factory are caused by the above reasons.
