Thailand trademarks can be searched online through the ASEAN Intellectual Property Network or WIPO's World Brand Network, but there are timeliness issues and may not be very accurate.

The exclusive right to use a Thai trademark is valid for ten years from the date of application. Each renewal of registration is valid for ten years, and can be done 90 days in advance or six months after expiration (an additional 20% surcharge must be paid ) to apply for renewal. In addition, Thai trademarks also have a system similar to domestic trademarks in which they are revoked if they are not used for three consecutive years.
