Authorized trademark upload process:

1) trademark registration certificate:

Select the authorized trademark;

Select the type of non-natural person (trademark registrant is an enterprise organization)/natural person (trademark registrant is an individual);

Fill in the trademark registration number correctly;

Click upload trademark registration certificate;

Please fill in the validity period in strict accordance with the Trademark Registration Certificate.

2) Brand authorization:

Upload the authorization certificate and fill in the validity period in strict accordance with the time authorized by the power of attorney.

3) Identification requirements for trademark holders:

When uploading an authorized trademark, if the applicant applies to use a natural person trademark, the applicant needs to upload an additional copy of the identity certificate information of the trademark registrant.
