Protect property rights. Laotaimen Food Co., Ltd., formerly known as "Chinese Soup Bun King" Food Co., Ltd., started its store operation in 2002. After more than two years of hard work, it has developed more than 100 directly-operated stores, and the store business is booming. Due to rapid development, the trademark "Chinese Soup Dumpling King" cannot be registered. Therefore, in October 2004, I applied for the Laotaimen trademark, which took two years. In August 2006, it was officially registered with the relevant departments and changed to "Laotaimen Food Co., Ltd." In November of the same year, the Laotaimen trademark was promulgated. Since then, Laotaimen Food Co., Ltd. has officially used "Laotaimen" as its trademark, focusing on soup dumplings and entering the national market. After having the trademark property rights, other old Taimen can only change their names to Commander Bao in order to protect their property rights.
