The name of the APP I think of is the same as the trademark of a company. Will the defendant infringe the trademark right?
Is the product or service registered by that enterprise trademark the same as or similar to your APP? If it is the same or similar, it is infringement. You can agree with the other party to license or transfer it to you, and people may not necessarily agree. If an agreement is reached, the proceeds will naturally go to you.
