If the order is judged to be suspected of false transactions, evidence shall be provided within 5 working days after the order is judged to be false. If no evidence is provided within the time limit, the false transaction is deemed to be established.
The evidence submitted includes the following three types:
1. transaction voucher (submit a scanned copy or photo or screenshot of the original voucher):
1) Formal transaction contract: the contract needs to be signed and sealed by both parties (if the company is stamped with the official seal of the company, individual signature is required);
2) Formal invoice;
3) Want Want chat records involving transaction contents;
4) SMS for both parties to exchange transaction contents;
5) E-mail for exchanging transaction contents between the two parties;
2. Delivery voucher (original scanned copy or original photo of invoice):
1) If you use third-party logistics (such as express delivery, express mail, LTL, special line) and other delivery services, you should provide the original invoice;
2) If the third-party delivery service is not used, the invoice signed and sealed by the buyer shall be provided (signed by the individual buyer and sealed by the enterprise buyer).
3. Valid identity documents of both parties to the transaction: if the company or individual needs to provide a business license, if the individual needs to provide personal identity documents;
