Shanghai GM has five symbols. All Shanghai GM's logos include five main models, namely GM Buick, Chevrolet, Cadillac, Wuling and Baojun. The Buick logo seems to have three shields side by side in a circle, Chevrolet has a cross tie, Cadillac has a Corolla coat of arms, Wuling has five diamonds, and Baojun has a diamond logo.
Buick
Buick is a car brand owned by General Motors. It was founded in 1900 in Detroit, Michigan, USA. Buick's logo is a circle containing three shields of different colors, representing the Electra, Lesabre and Invicta models in the Buick camp in 1960. Buick has the characteristics of high horsepower, personality, usefulness and sophistication.
Chevrolet brand cars
Chevrolet was founded on November 3, 1911 by William Meadow. Chevrolet, acquired by General Motors in 1918, is the largest brand under the General Motors Group. Chevrolet has many models, including cars, vans, pickup trucks, SUVs, sports cars and more.
Cadillac
Cadillac is a luxury car brand owned by the American General Motors Group. It was born in 1902 in Detroit, known as the American Motor City. In memory of Antoine Cadillac, the French nobleman who founded Detroit, Cadillac's founder is symbolized by his family crest. Today’s logo is surrounded by a laurel wreath and a classic shield, which is composed of small blocks of various colors, with red representing courage, silver representing pure love and blue representing exploration.
Wuling
The Wuling Automobile brand, born in 1985, is the registered trademark and brand of Liuzhou Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. This logo has been fully authorized to SAIC-GM-Wuling. On May 25, 2020, SAIC-GM-Wuling’s 22 millionth vehicle rolled off the assembly line and the Wuling Global Silver Label was released.
Baojun
Baojun is an independent automobile brand founded by SAIC-GM-Wuling in 2010. Its products cover automobiles, MPVs, SUVs, new energy vehicles and other fields.
