Download the "Application Form for Food Production License" and the "Examination Rules" of the unit to which the declared product belongs on the website of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau. 10. According to the requirements of the "Examination Rules", inspect, rectify, and improve whether your factory buildings, equipment, and documents are complete, and whether your products have test reports.

11. Fill out the "Application Form for Food Production License" and submit it to the Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau.

12. 16. If the on-site audit fails, the enterprise should make rectifications quickly and reapply after two months. If you pass the review, proceed to the next step.

17. Seal the samples and deliver them to the inspection agency within 7 days. An inspection report will be issued after the inspection is completed.
