4) Trademark acceptance-the Trademark Registration Bureau issues a receipt with an acceptance number to the applicant (which can be accepted by the Korean Patent Office on the day of application);
5) Trademark review-trademark review is divided into two processes: formal review and substantive review;
6) Trademark announcement-A trademark will be announced after three months of examination, and anyone can raise an objection to the trademark.
Trademark registration-there is no objection to the trademark announcement or the trademark objection is ruled invalid, or the trademark registration is successful. In general, it takes about 12- 15 months to get a trademark registration certificate. After successful registration, the validity period is 10 year, and the fee can be renewed on time in the first half of the expiration.
