Article 1 With the permission of the registrant, others may not use its registered trademark as the corporate name or business sign of a specialty store, specialty store, or specialty repair shop.

Article 3 If the above words are used as the content of the enterprise name without the permission of the trademark registrant, it shall be corrected in accordance with Article 5 and Article 9, Paragraph 2 of the "Enterprise Name Registration Management Regulations"; Any use of the above words as a business sign shall be investigated and dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 (4) and Article 39 of the Trademark Law.
