When an enterprise goes to the local branch of the People's Bank of China to inquire about enterprise credit information, it needs to hold the business license of the enterprise and the personal identification certificate of the person in charge of the unit. If it is not handled by the legal representative of the enterprise in person, there must also be a power of attorney signed by the legal representative of the enterprise (the person in charge of the unit) and the personal identity certificate of the authorized person. Article 59 No unit or individual may forge, alter, lease, lend or transfer its business license. If the business license is lost or destroyed, it shall be declared invalid in the newspapers and periodicals designated by the company registration authority and applied for a replacement. The company registration authority shall make decisions on change of registration, cancellation of registration and cancellation of change of registration according to law. If the company refuses or cannot return the business license, the company registration authority shall declare the business license invalid.
