If the applicant applies for division, he should fill in, sign and seal the original document attached to the Trademark Office in accordance with the specific requirements set out in the "Remarks" in the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration". 3. The applicant or his agent shall directly submit or mail the original application back to the Trademark Office within 15 days after receiving the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration Application" attached to the "Notice of Partial Rejection of Trademark Registration Application". If you do not apply for division, you do not need to submit it. 4. The Trademark Office shall examine the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration Application" and relevant supporting documents submitted by the applicant or his authorized agent. For those that meet the requirements, the applicant's original registration application will be divided into two parts. For the part that is approved, a new application number will be generated, the original application date will be retained, and a preliminary approval announcement will be published; for the part to be rejected, the original application number will be retained and the application People can continue to assert their rights through follow-up procedures such as rejection review. For those that do not meet the requirements, it will be deemed that they do not agree to the division.
