The applicant or his agent shall directly submit or mail the original application back to the Trademark Office within 15 days after receiving the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration Application" attached to the "Notice of Partial Rejection of Trademark Registration Application". The Trademark Office shall examine the "Application for Division of Trademark Registration Application" and relevant supporting documents submitted by the applicant or his authorized agent. For those that meet the requirements, the applicant's original registration application will be divided into two parts.
