Legal analysis: if the registered trademark certificate is lost, the trademark registrant can apply to the Trademark Office for a replacement of the registered trademark certificate, and apply for a replacement in time. A trademark registrant may entrust a trademark agency or go to the trademark registration hall of the Trademark Office to reissue the trademark registration certificate. Materials to be prepared include: application for replacement of trademark registration certificate, subject qualification certificate confirmed by trademark registrant's seal or signature, such as business license and copy of ID card. Where a trademark agency is entrusted, a power of attorney for trademark agency shall also be submitted. In addition, an official fee of 1000 yuan is required to reissue the Trademark Registration Certificate. If the application for a replacement certificate is complete and meets the requirements, the Trademark Office will publish a loss statement in the Trademark Announcement and issue a Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate after examination and approval; If the application for a replacement certificate is complete and meets the requirements, the Trademark Office will issue a Notice of Obtaining a Trademark Registration Certificate after examination.

Legal basis: Article 64 of the Regulations for the Implementation of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost or damaged, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for a new Trademark Registration Certificate. If the Trademark Registration Certificate is lost, a statement of loss shall be published in the trademark announcement. When applying for a replacement, the damaged Trademark Registration Certificate shall be returned to the Trademark Office.
