Starting from the day when the certificate is obtained through certification, after the expiration, the production enterprise must re-apply for certification. Once approved, you can continue to use the logo and change the number on the logo. If the green food mark is not renewed upon expiration, the Trademark Office will revoke the green food mark. Green food refers to safe, high-quality edible agricultural products and related products that are produced in an excellent ecological environment, produced in accordance with green food standards, implement full quality control, and obtain the right to use the green food label.

Requirements for applying for a green food label:

1. The origin of the product or product raw materials must meet the green food ecological environment quality standards;

2. Crop cultivation , livestock and poultry breeding, aquaculture and food processing must comply with green food production operating procedures;

3. Products must comply with green food quality and hygiene standards;

4. Product outer packaging must It complies with the national general food labeling standards and the specific packaging, decoration and labeling regulations for green food.

The green food label use certificate is valid for three years.

If the certificate expires and it is necessary to continue to use the green food mark, the mark user shall submit a written renewal application to the provincial agency three months before the expiration date. Provincial work agencies should organize and complete relevant inspections, testing and material review within 40 working days. If the applicant passes the initial review, the China Green Food Development Center will make a decision within ten working days on whether to approve the renewal. If the renewal is approved, the green food mark use contract will be renewed with the mark user, a new green food mark use certificate will be issued and announced; if the renewal is not granted, the mark user will be notified in writing and the reasons will be given.

If the user of the mark fails to apply for renewal within the time limit, or if the application for renewal is not approved, he shall not continue to use the green food mark.
