It is close to the "Keihanshin" area and can also be connected to Kanto by waterway. The strong consumption power of the economically prosperous area has established the unshakable position of Nada Sake. Baihe is the leader of Tanxiang, and his status in the world has always been as stable as Mount Tai over the years. It is also a famous wine town like the Nanda District mentioned above, but it is very different. Tanjiu is brewed with hard water, while fujiu is brewed with soft water. The former is spicy and biting, while the latter is gentle and soft, so it is called male Tannvjiu.
Takara Shuzo Co., Ltd. was formally established in 1925. In 1968, the sake brand was named "Shochikuume". When it first entered the competition (the Oscars of the sake industry), it had the reputation of "soft in the mouth, refreshing and intoxicating". The inscription of the logo "Matsutakeume" is "Hibino Goho", a calligrapher known as one of the "Three Strokes of the Showa".
It is also mentioned on its own official website that pine, bamboo and plum blossoms, known in Chinese as the "Three Friends of Suihan", are symbols of the ideal personality of ancient literati. The official interpretation is that pine represents endurance, bamboo represents growth, and plum represents vitality. It is obviously deeply influenced by our Chinese culture, and therefore it has a bit more affinity in our Chinese market. In addition, the sales volume of Takara Shuzo's soju brand "Yukaichi" has always been among the top in the country. The following one sells super well. Girls with fancy bottles like to use it to pose for photos, but when I drink it, it tastes like soju mixed with water. Mio is also from their brand.
3. Gekkeguan
Also located in Fushimi, it was founded in 1637 and was formerly known as Kasagiya. It is an ancient brewery with a history of nearly 400 years. The name of the first wine is "Jade Spring". Historically, Laurel Crown was the first in Japan to launch a year-round brewing system, actively introducing modern technological innovations and promoting the progress of the entire industry. At the same time, it strives to develop overseas markets and has a branch in Shanghai. Especially worth mentioning is the Gekkeikan Okura Memorial Hall. If you have the chance, you must visit it. It was converted from a wine cellar in 1909. You can not only learn about the history of sake, but also see the brewing workshop from a century ago and hundreds of collections and wines. Tools, you can also drink the limited edition Laurel Crown.
4. World Eagle
Another distillery located in Fushimi, Oyama Honke, was founded in 1808. In 2008, the 200th anniversary of the distillery's founding, the World Eagle Koyama Family Group was established as a commemoration of its founding. Through continuous and rapid growth, the group now owns more than a dozen wineries and rice factories and launched multiple brands. The World Eagle brand has several categories: Ginjo, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Ginjo original sake, and the market feedback is good. But they are not on the list because only the sake with the same name is a hit, but because the brands under the group have jointly occupied a large market share. In terms of reputation alone, the group's Echigo Sakura is more famous than World Eagle, although the packaging always feels spooky.

5. Ozeki
Founded in Osaka, Japan in 1711. The name "Ozeki" comes from the traditional Japanese sumo sport. Well, it is the fat paper wrestling match we are familiar with. The winning player will be given the title of "Ozeki".

Of course, Ozeki Brewery is not only deeply rooted in national culture. It is also the first Japanese sake company to set up a factory to brew sake in the United States. It is a very internationally recognized brand and has left behind trophies in many international competitions. . The quality of its products, from Daiginjo to Junmai sake, is trustworthy. There are also several plum wines and sparkling wines that I like very much. If you see them, you must buy them and try them.
The Daiginjo brew named after the founder of Oseki, Nagabei
6. Yellow Sakura
The Yellow Sakura, which was founded in 1925, has The centuries-old brewery has relatively little experience, but it can stand out from the fiercely competitive Fushimi Sake District and maintain its position, which shows that it is indeed outstanding. The brand Huangying was officially born in 1964 because the president at the time loved Huangying, and the flower language means purity and enthusiasm. When the brand was first established, its consumer group was ordinary people, focusing on daily drinking of wine at home.
The biggest contributor to Huang Sakura’s entry into the sake market is probably their brand image, the manga Kappa drawn by Kun Shimizu (later taken over by Isao Kojima). A kappa is a Japanese mythical creature that lives in the river and has the beak of a bird, the limbs of a frog, the body of a monkey, and a turtle shell on its back. Today, in the Huangying Memorial Hall, you can still see Huangying advertisements from different eras. The catchy theme music melody, the lustful and greedy drinking, and the simple and funny cartoon kappa image should be the memories of a generation.
