The wire and cable industry in Ningjin County originated in the late 1970s and early 1980s. After nearly 30 years of rolling development, it has become the largest wire and cable industry cluster in North China. There are 309 registered enterprises in the whole industry in the county, with fixed assets of more than 3 billion yuan. There are more than 150 enterprises above designated size, and more than 20 enterprises with sales revenue exceeding 100 million yuan. There are 65 companies that have passed international quality system certification, 109 companies have "CCC" certification, 147 companies have obtained national industrial product production licenses, 50 companies have coal safety certification, and more than 20,000 employees. It has been formed with cable groups such as Yongjin, Mingda, Xinhui Copper, Wanfang, Golden Century, Chaoda, Shenyang Jiaolian Cable Branch No. 1, Taifeng, Dongfang Jiaolian, and Great Wall as the leaders, with Xiaohezhuang, Huanger Ying, Sima, Jikou and Qiutou villages are industrial parks, radiating the industry development pattern of 60 villages in 8 towns and towns in the county. In terms of creating famous brands and enterprises, on April 25, 2009, the "Yongjin" brand trademark of Yongjin Cable Group was successfully recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. Exceptionally, in the county's cable industry, one company's products have won the national inspection-free product (Yongjin Group), 7 companies' products have won the provincial famous brand products, 14 companies' products have won the provincial quality products, and 11 companies' trademarks have won the provincial famous brand products.
