The second category of trademark registration mainly includes pigments, dyes and antiseptic products. This class includes in particular: pigments, varnishes and lacquers for industrial, handicraft and artistic use, dyes for clothing, colorants for food and beverages.

In particular, this class does not include: unprocessed artificial resins (Category 1), bluing agents for laundry and bleaching (Category 3), cosmetic dyes (Category 3), paint boxes (school stationery) (Class 16), insulating pigments and insulating varnishes (Class 17).
