2. Call the store where you want to go directly to reserve a seat. Haidilao stores generally only reserve 1/3 of the seats, and you need to reserve specific seat numbers 2 days in advance; the other 2/3 are reserved for customers who come at any time. If there are too many people and there are not enough seats, you need to use the waiting card to arrange the number. Only when the guests leave the table can they be seated. In addition, telephone reservations are only available on the same day.
