Fenjiu is internationally renowned. In 1916, he won the first-class medal at the Panama International Games. This wine is produced by Xinghuacun Winery in Shanxi Province. It is Gujingting, Fenzi and Changcheng brands, with a Daqu fragrance of 65 degrees and 53 degrees; Fenzi brand Tejia wine, with a Daqu fragrance of 38 degrees.
The wine is colorless, clear and transparent, with no suspended matter, no precipitation, and a pure fragrance. It has an elegant compound aroma with ethyl acetate as the main body. It is sweet and refreshing, natural and harmonious, and has a long aftertaste. , with the typical style of light-flavor liquor. The Gujingting trademark, the words "Fenjiu" and "FFN JIU" on the Fenjiu label feel bulging when touched.
Spot checks on the market found that many fake Fenjiu wines were made from recycled real wine bottles and filled with ordinary liquor to deceive consumers. Since the bottle caps of fake wines often show flaws, consumers can identify them as long as they know the characteristics of the genuine bottle caps.
There are two types of genuine Fenjiu bottle caps. One is made of imported aluminum material. The threaded cap is printed with the "Gujing Pavilion" pattern, which is neat and clear. The inner wall of the cap is silver-white and the inner pad of the cap is elastic. The white hard plastic pad seals neatly and tightly, and the wine bottle is turned upside down so that no wine leaks. There is a red arrow on the thread on the outer wall of the bottle cap to indicate the opening direction, and there is the word "open" in English. Another type of bottle cap is also made of aluminum material, with the Chinese characters "Shanxi Xinghua Village" and the Chinese pinyin "SHANXIXINGHUA" printed on the top.
In the small circle in the center of the bottle cap is an ink-colored Xinghua Village pattern, which is smooth to the touch. On the outside of the bottle cap, there are also the words "Shanxi Xinghua Village" and Chinese Pinyin "SHANXI XINGHUA CUN" in bold, and there is a shepherd boy riding on an ox. On the back is a freehand picture of asking passers-by "pointing to Xinghua Village in the distance". The printing is exquisite and simple, the sealing threads are neat and tight, and the bottle is turned upside down so that no wine leaks. The fake "Fen Liquor" bottle caps are made of miscellaneous materials and rough processing. The "Gujing Pavilion" or "Xinghua Village" patterns on the bottle caps are not clearly printed, the production is irregular, and there is discoloration. The inner wall of the bottle cap is dark or painted yellow, lined with paper pads or dark yellow plastic pads, and the sealing is uneven. There is often wine leakage.
