Click convenience service → first floor signboard filing → online filing → fill in the first floor lintel signboard filing registration form → click submit.

Path 2: Log in to "Guangdong Government Affairs Service Network", search for "First Floor lintel signboard setting and filing", enter filing information and submit filing application.

After the applicant applies for filing and registration in the official WeChat account and fills in the filing application form, the urban management departments of all districts in the city will review the application information and feed back the results to the applicant through SMS and official WeChat account within 5 working days.

Five working days after the completion of the application, the applicant can log in to the official account of Beautiful Shenzhen WeChat, click Convenience Service →→ First Floor Signboard Filing → Filing Result Inquiry, or log in to the personal center of Guangdong Government Service Network in late 10 to inquire about the electronic certificate of the Notice of Filing the First Floor Signboard.

After the record review is successful, the corresponding QR code and record number will be generated and fed back to the applicant in the form of SMS and WeChat official account; If the record review fails, the amendment will be fed back by SMS, and the applicant will make rectification according to the amendment and re-declare.
