2. Sun Yat-sen University, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, Guangzhou Green Yingkang Bioengineering Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Tianwei Health Food Engineering Co., Ltd., and Yingkang Technology Holdings International Co., Ltd. due to trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute litigation cases. In 2005, he represented this case, with the subject amount in dispute exceeding 15 million Hong Kong dollars. After the first instance of the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court and the second instance of the Guangdong Provincial High Court, he finally obtained a winning judgment.
3. Proview Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and Apple Inc. concerning the dispute over IPAD trademark rights. In 2010, he represented the first and second instance of the case and won the first instance. The second instance of the case was settled through mediation by the Guangdong Provincial High Court. Apple acquired the mainland "IPAD" trademark and paid US$60 million to Proview.
4. A Hong Kong company applied for the "Zuolin Youli" trademark and its invalidation procedures. In 2012, we represented a Hong Kong company to apply for the "Zuo Lin You Li" trademark and invalidation procedures, which involved the registration of dozens of trademarks and the invalidation of multiple trademarks. Most of the trademarks were successfully registered.
5. The patent cooperation contract dispute case between the listed company Maoshuo Power Technology Co., Ltd. and Inventronics (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. In 2013, he acted as an agent in this case. The contract amount involved reached hundreds of millions of yuan, and it was finally settled.
