A trademark cannot be held by three companies.

A trademark can only be held by one company, that is, one legal person, but it can be granted to other legal persons for use through trademark authorization. The authorized person only has the right to use it but not ownership. It should be noted that two different companies are not allowed to use the same trademark at the same time within the same business scope.
