Xinlianxin Chemical Fertilizer Co., Ltd. has been renamed as Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Group Co., Ltd., which was established in 1969. In 2003, it was transformed from a state-owned enterprise into a private enterprise, and in 20 19, it was transformed into a company limited by shares. Its controlling shareholder, China Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. (a Singaporean registered company), was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 8, 2009.
Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd., the national million-ton fertilizer production base, is the largest urea production enterprise in Henan Province with the lowest production cost. The provincial government has listed it as one of the key industrial enterprises in 100, and it is the first fertilizer enterprise listed in Singapore in China.

In 2006, Henan Xinlianxin Chemical Co., Ltd. reorganized and established the wholly foreign-owned enterprise "Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd.".
In 2007, Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Singapore, becoming the first fertilizer enterprise listed overseas in China.
In 2008, "24.40" of Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was successfully put into production once, and its production capacity and benefit jumped to the fourth place in the fertilizer industry in China.
In 2009, Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd. was successfully listed in Hong Kong, realizing overseas listing.
On June 8th, 20 10, the trademark "Heart to Heart" was recognized as "China Famous Trademark" by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, and on June 8th, 20 10 was approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Henan Province as the first batch of postdoctoral research and development bases in Henan Province.
