1, fishing bottom
When we fish grass carp in natural waters, if we set the target water layer at the bottom, we might as well choose the following two ways to explore grass carp. These two fishing methods are relatively simple and effective.
First, the cloth bottom nest fishing method
Considering the large food intake of grass carp, it is best to give priority to granular nest materials, supplemented by some foods with atomization effect, such as wheat bran, vegetable cakes and bean cakes. In addition, the overall amount of nest material can be slightly more, so as to avoid the situation that grass carp find too little food after entering the nest and leave quickly after eating. We anglers fish with granular bait, such as granular feed, corn granules, wheat granules and so on. Natural crops have no pungent smell, which makes it easier for wild grass carp to relax their vigilance, thus helping to improve our ultimate fishing performance.
B, sinking grass nest fishing method
In addition to using granular nest material, you can also use some forage as nest material to lure fish. Such as corn leaves, Broussonetia papyrifera leaves, grasses, etc. , are tied together with rope first, then tied up with bricks and thrown into the wolf's den. Then the same forage or granular bait is hung on the hook for fishing. Because forage is not effective in attracting fish, it is a good choice to make a continuous nest in advance in order to achieve better fishing effect.
2. Fishing float
When we fish grass carp in natural waters, we can not only choose bottom fishing, but also choose floating fishing, especially in early summer and autumn, when the water temperature is relatively suitable and there is relatively more food on the surface, grass carp naturally like to eat here. For us anglers, choosing a suitable place to fish at this time can often yield very good results.
First, the suspension fishing method
We can find a water area full of reeds or other forage. At the same time, there are relatively many grass carp in this water area, and they can often be seen foraging in the water. At this time, we can take a reed bud or forage as bait, and then choose a hand pole or forehand pole as fishing tackle. We can slowly put the hook with bait into the water and catch half of the water or the upper layer of the water. Because there are many aquatic plants in fishing grounds, single hook fishing is the best choice.
This fishing method is similar to the "teasing fishing method" when fishing crucian carp, but the frequency of lifting the rod is suitable for 3~5 minutes. Fishing grass carp by this method is characterized by "tracking" the grass carp shoal without making nests to lure fish, but there are requirements for the catch resources. If the overall number of grass carp is small, it is often difficult to gain.
B, floating grass fishing method
We can find some grass fodder that grass carp like, such as corn leaves, Broussonetia papyrifera leaves, grass fodder, etc., and then take them to the waters where grass carp once appeared. After choosing the fishing position, we will throw these grass carp into the water. They have certain buoyancy, so they will float on the water to attract grass carp to feed. We anglers need to hang forage on the hook and throw it into the nest, and then wait for the grass carp to come and feed.
