Exercise:
1. Wash pork and cut it into dices.
2. Add all the ingredients, mix well and marinate for more than 4 hours.
3. Wash the marinated casing and soak it in water for one hour.
Tie a knot at the bottom of the casing, put the casing on the funnel, then fill it with meat and tie it with a rope. Fill the meat tightly, or it won't be cut into pieces.
5, after filling, put it in a ventilated and cool place to dry, and it can be steamed in the pot in about a week.
