I don’t use Kuaiyitong, Wenquxing or anything like that. There are two ways to memorize words.
The first method is to memorize the vocabulary book. Start memorizing from the first page and write down each word carefully. It is best to write it several times on the scratch paper while memorizing it. You can also write down the Chinese meaning by the way. It doesn’t matter if you can’t remember it. Just look at it and talk about it. You have to have a certain task every day. Read as many words as you want. The next day, go over the words you read the day before. Memorize as many words as you can remember. No need to write them down. Then look at the words of the day. For the task, on the third day, just go through the words on the second day. If you want, you can read the words on the first day, but quickly, and so on... When the book is finished, spend another day to quickly go through it all. The first pass will be slower, and the next step is to consolidate, which can be very fast. This is how I memorized the TOEFL. After reading it for about 10 days, I probably remembered about 70. The second way to improve your own abilities is to find accessible text or video materials, in English, and find out the unfamiliar words in them and write them down. You must also remember to consolidate them, because there are Context is easier to remember.
However, the method may vary from person to person, it still depends on which method is suitable for you
