Hilton Garden Inn is a hotel brand owned by Hilton, one level lower than Hilton Hotels.

Hilton International Hotels Group (HI), a branch of the Hilton Group headquartered in the United Kingdom, has the right to use the "Hilton" trademark worldwide except the United States.

The founder is Konrad N. Hilton (1887-1979): the king of hotels, hotel tycoon, and founder of the Hilton Hotel Group.

Hilton Hotels International operates and manages 403 hotels, including 261 Hilton hotels, 142 mid-market "Scandik" hotels, and Hilton Hotels Management Company headquartered in North America. There are 18 "Conrad" (also known as "Conrad") hotels in 12 countries operated by joint ventures.
