5. Agree to monitoring.

While running, the game may monitor your computer's random access memory (RAM) for unlicensed third-party programs running simultaneously with the World of Warcraft game. NetEase may terminate this Agreement at any time based on its own business strategies. 13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the application of all conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the conclusion or execution of this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the people's court with jurisdiction where NetEase is located. If you voluntarily choose to enter the official website of "World of Warcraft" and/or the game "World of Warcraft" in other places outside the region, you shall also abide by local laws (to the extent that local laws are applicable).
